Responsibilities:

• Lead Design Strategy – Define and drive the UI/UX vision, shaping a seamless experience across web and mobile.
• Craft Engaging Experiences – Translate gamer behavior into intuitive, gamified and interactive designs that enhance social interaction and community engagement.
• Own the Design Lifecycle – Manage everything from user research and wireframing to prototyping, testing and final execution.
• Ensure Brand & UX Consistency – Develop a cohesive visual identity that aligns across the platform, gaming elements and social features.
• Enhance Usability & Navigation – Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes to optimize engagement and ensure a frictionless experience.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with developers and product teams to bring designs to life without compromising usability.
• Refine & Iterate – Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, analytics and usability testing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven Expertise – A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (preferably in gaming, social or interactive media).
• Full-Cycle Design Skills – Experience leading projects from concept to launch.
• Prototyping Prowess – Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD or similar tools to create interactive prototypes.
• Exceptional Collaboration – Ability to work closely with developers, product managers and community teams.
• User-Centric Mindset – Strong user research skills, with an understanding of player psychology and engagement mechanics.
• Visual Design Mastery – A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and creating immersive UI experiences.

• Experience designing for gaming or social platforms.
• Familiarity with gamification principles and reward systems.
• Motion graphics & 3D experience – Knowledge of After Effects, Cinema4D or similar tools.
